This week's finds in Wien

Both of the above paintings are near the U6 stop at Gumpeldorfer Strasse.

I often opt not to photograph what appears to simply be the painter's name. But when it brings to mind images the painter resonates with either consciously or unconsciously, sometimes I can't resist. This one called out to me like Thomas the Tank Engine might.

And gosh, they don't come much happier than Donna! Imagine that as a self-image.

A number of our heroes gracing the walls along the Danau Kanal.

Other treats

Do you recognize this guy?

I would have edited this to simply highlight the painting, but somehow the creepiness was dripping into the water, so the entire scene seemed to part of the expression.

An inviting entry in the shade under an overpass.

Chillin'. Find myself again wishing that homo sapiens weren't the only humanoid-type species.

Too, I've become a bit curious about symbols I don't know, like in the following renderings.
Perhaps you are familiar with them?

Where we are - divided: Palestine chalked over with Israel.
